Lucas leads the PSL team and driving seaweed innovation since 2012. Focused on strategic product development and committed to building New Zealand’s seaweed sector into a world-class industry.
Stef Evans
CO FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Stef brings a values led approach to Premium Seas, grounded in her whakapapa to Ngāti Kahungunu, Rongomaiwahine, Waikato Tainui and Ngāti Kahu. She is committed to creating enduring opportunities and benefits for people and place through the development of Aotearoa’s seaweed sector.
Joe Kouwenhoven
Chairman of the Board
Joe is passionate about the development of the seaweed industry within New Zealand and contributes over 45 years of seafood industry involvement, executive leadership and business management expertise to the Premium Seas team.
Lloyd Preston
CFO
Lloyd is an experienced accounting practitioner, member of CAANZ and contributes his expertise to Premium Seas corporate leadership, strategic planning and project implementation. He is passionate about agriculture, sustainability and the development of renewable products that benefit the earth, humanity, plants and animals.
